Managing Co-Teacher Permissions and Roles
Default Access Levels
By default, co-teachers can:
- Assign worksheets and activities
- View student progress and reports
- Provide feedback on assignments
In most cases, co-teachers cannot remove students from the class roster.
Custom Assignment Permissions
For individual assignments, you can set specific permissions, such as allowing a co-teacher to:
- Edit questions
- Change assignment settings
- End or close an assignment
This gives you flexibility in how responsibilities are shared.
Student Submission Routing
You can enable the option “Students submit to a specific co-teacher”.
When enabled:
- Students can choose which teacher receives their report upon submission
- This is useful for dividing grading or feedback responsibilities
Removing a Co-Teacher
If you need to revoke access:
- Go to the Class Members tab
- Find the co-teacher’s name
- Click “Remove” to immediately revoke their access
